Locum Social Worker in Adults Locality Team, Gloucestershire UK

£35 per hour, Mon 4 May 2026 - Fri 3 Jul 2026, full-time, 37 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:00.

• Hourly Salary: £35 per hour
• Accommodation and mileage allowance: weekly £150 allowance

• Conduct assessments and interventions with adults to enhance their ability to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
• Collaborate within a multi agency team and contribute to care planning and review processes.
• Apply the Three Conversation approach to engage individuals, focusing on their strengths and needs.
• Provide urgent support to those in crisis, working to regain control and security in their lives.
• Facilitate access to community resources, strengthening social networks.

Must be registered with Social Work England and have completed your ASYE or have equivalent experience in a statutory setting.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required, though exceptions may apply under the Equality Act.
