What you will do:



  • Lead and manage a team of social workers, providing them with guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high standards of service delivery.

  • Implement and monitor staff performance evaluations, ensuring continuous professional development.

Requirements:



  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.

  • Possess significant frontline experience in Children's Services in a leadership role.
