What you will do- Provide expert leadership and guidance to a team of social workers within the Child Protection Team, driving high standards of practice.

 - Coordinate team meetings, manage workflow, and allocate resources effectively.
 - Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies, while striving for excellence in child protection.
 
- You must be registered with Social Work England, holding a degree or equivalent in Social Work.
 - Demonstrable UK experience in social work is essential, with recent managerial experience, such as working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
 - A robust background of significant frontline experience in Children's Services will further support your success in this impactful role.
