Job Description

The shift pattern for this post is/are - Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 or 9:00 - 5:00

We are seeking a highly motivated person to be part of the Discharge Team GG&C working as a Deputy Administration supervisor supporting Social work teams and Acute hospital Discharge teams. The Post holder will support the Administration Manager with the day to day management of the team, and support in developing a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service for a health based social work team working.

The post holder will record and prepare draft minutes of Review Meetings, Adults with Incapacity and Adult, Support and Protection Case Conferences, and complex Discharge Planning meetings, specifying decisions taken and follow up actions required.

HNC in Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Proficient use of software systems.

Advance keyboard skills.
