What you will do

• PCI lead the Emergency Duty Team in providing out of hours support for urgent social work cases.
• Undertake assessments and interventions with individuals and families to address crises and urgent needs.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to junior staff, enhancing team effectiveness and development.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure a coordinated multi agency approach to service delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.

Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
• Registered with current Social Work England and maintain an active status.
• Bring significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
