Social Value Coordinator Exeter Permanent£25k - £35kWe are currently recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator to support a busy Construction business based in Exeter.Working closely with the Social Value Manager, you will help deliver and monitor the regional Social Value Strategy across multiple projects.The Role:• Support the delivery of social value strategies and action plans across construction projects• Engage with local stakeholders including community groups, councils, and charities• Coordinate community initiatives, • Work with site teams to embed social value into project delivery• Produce reports, case studies and compliance documents • Promote & engage with the wider community & across the regionAbout You:• A background within social value or an general interest• Confident communicator and ability to work closely with local communities • Organised can manage a varied & busy workload• Experience in community engagement or sustainability beneficial• Based in the Devon area What's on Offer:• Competitive salary + car allowance• 26 days holiday (+ option to buy/sell additional days)• Private medical insurance, pension scheme and life assurance• Volunteering days & Employee discounts plus much much moreOffering a great opportunity to work for a forward-thinking company in Exeter offering a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within the field of Social Value.
