We are looking for a Working Student Communications Group HR / Executive HR (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply directly online!

A job that inspires you

  • Strategy: Support in the planning and implementation of strategic communication activities for Group-wide HR initiatives

  • Content Creation: Create and coordinate your own communication content (e.g. text, video, presentations) in German and English, under guidance

  • Channel Management: Support with internal channel management for central HR communication via our social intranet (content planning, editorial input, further development of the channel)

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive the coordination and implementation of communication activities for different target groups

  • Evaluation: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HR communication measures and identifying opportunities for improvement

A convincing background

You have the ability to achieve exceptional results as part of a team and master challenges together.

You also recognise yourself in the following points:

  • Professional qualifications: You are currently studying communications, political or social sciences or similar

  • Professional experience: You ideally have first practical experience e.g. via internships or working student activities

  • Specific expertise: You have experience using MS Office products (esp. Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); It's a plus if you have the ability to work with digital graphic software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)

  • Communication & creativity: You have strong communication skills and enjoy being creative

  • Storytelling & People focus: You enjoy storytelling and sharing excitement for People topics

  • Working method: You enjoy working as part of a team, but also work proactively, taking responsibility for tasks and initiatives independently

  • Language Skills: You have very good knowledge of English (writing and speaking), good knowledge of German is useful
