Social Media Insights Executive (German Speaking)

CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a Social Media Insights Executive, who is fluent in German, to support the streaming services of a major broadcaster. The executive will work to collate, analyse and present Social Media Insights that aid and support digital marketing decisions, creative development and strategy.

The individual will support the local digital marketing teams in Germany to embed social insights into local marketing strategy.

The role will work closely with the Social Insights team across Europe to conduct analysis and provide actionable insights using social data.

This role is a rolling long-term contract.

Role Responsibilities

* Responsibility for using a variety of social listening and social performance tools in order to better understand the performance and buzz of content and original content
* Help maintain and update dashboards for sharing social data, including ongoing validation of the data.
* Work in a dynamic and flexible manner, with insights outputs varying across content, titles and queries.
* Work locally while also feeding into a central team which coordinates and synthesizes the work across multiple markets.
* Configure and set up queries in the social listening tool using Boolean search queries.
* Proactively stay on the pulse of social activity and conversations, looking for relevance (direct or indirect)

Required Skills & Experience

* Fluency in both German and English.
* 2-3 years of experience in social media insights (either on agency or client side).
* Ability to analyse and query data from various digital datasets.
* Understanding of relevant social media platforms.
* Communicate complex data in a simple, understandable way.
