Social Media & Community Manager

We're looking for a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to manage day-to-day social media publishing, community engagement, and social listening activities. You will be the voice of our brands online, engaging with consumers in a timely and empathetic manner while identifying trends, monitoring brand sentiment, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage content scheduling and publishing across social platforms.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-appropriate tone.
• Monitor social conversations, trends, and competitor activity.
• Produce weekly social listening and sentiment reports.
• Identify and escalate potential reputation or crisis issues.
• Support influencer, web, and email channel integration.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong copywriting and social media management skills.
• Experience with community management and social listening tools.
• Ability to identify trends and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills.
• Calm and professional approach to issue and crisis management.
