Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Support coordination meetings and delivery of key fund milestones
- Assist fund team to strengthen performance and impact of awardees
- Collect and analyze data for reports and donor updates
- Support programme planning, tracking budgets, and managing documentation
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth fund operations
- Develop and deliver capacity-building programs for awardees
- Manage investment relationships and performance management for relevant awardees
- Complete donor reporting on time and support fund close-out
- Primary degree in a relevant area (e.g., business, social science, arts and humanities, or journalism)
- 2 years work experience demonstrating analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Experience in report writing
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other cloud-based systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
