Social Housing Reactive Maintenance Lead

Howells is seeking a Reactive Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in social housing, overseeing reactive repairs, budgets, and resident relations. You will inspect properties, allocate work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires experience in social housing maintenance, strong leadership, and proficiency with maintenance software. A valid driver's license is preferred for site coverage.
