Social Housing & Safety Officer (35 hrs)

Horton Housing is recruiting a Housing Officer to join the LIFE Craven team in Craven. The role is 35 hours per week with a salary of £27,588 per annum, and involves housing management across our accommodation, health and safety, hazard reporting, rent queries, tenancy induction and the handling of anti-social behaviour.

You will need empathy, excellent communication and listening skills, resilience, and a good ICT grounding, plus a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
