Role Purpose We're looking for a visionary Social Creative Director to lead the charge in shaping how brands show up in the social space. You'll be the driving force behind thumb-stopping content, platform-native ideas, and culturally resonant campaigns that spark conversation and drive engagement.This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, understands the nuances of each platform, and can inspire teams to push creative boundaries. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to develop breakthrough social-first ideas across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with strategy and media teams to ensure ideas are insight-driven, audience-relevant, and aligned with brand goals. Content Innovation: Champion new formats, trends, and technologies Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the evolving social landscape and selling in bold creative ideas. Team Development: Mentor and grow a team of social creatives, copywriters, designers, and content creators. Performance Mindset: Work closely with analytics and media teams to optimize content based on performance data and audience behaviour.
