We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organizedSocial Care workersto oversee the delivery of quality care and support within our service.

The successful candidate will ensure that all staff provide person-centred, safe, and effective care in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

QQI Level 7 or 8 qualificationin Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent).

Minimum 1years' experiencein a social care or health and social care setting.

Provenleadership or supervisory experiencewithin a care environment.

Strong knowledge ofHIQA standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations.

Excellentcommunication, organisational, and interpersonalskills.

Empathetic, professional, and committed to quality care and staff development.

Fullclean manual driver's licence(essential).

Must Have Stamp 4 right of work in ireland.
