This is a full-time role. As Social Care Worker, you will work alongside your team to help and support individuals with disabilities who reside in residential services. You will work in a person centred manner to support service users in meeting their long and short term goals.

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant.
• Eligible for CORU registration.
• A full driving license and own transport.
