Social Care Worker - Blackrock

CPL Healthcare is partnering with a leading organisation supporting adults with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities. We are seeking a Social Care Worker based in Blackrock or surrounds to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred supports that promote independence, inclusion, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independent, meaningful lives
• Deliver person-centred, rights-based care
• Develop and review care plans
• Work with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Advocate for service users

Requirements

• QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care or equivalent
• CORU registration (or eligibility)
• Experience in disability services (preferred)
• Knowledge of HIQA Standards and relevant legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full driving licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Eligible to work in Ireland
