CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join a mainstream children's residential service in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
We have permanent vacancies in Gorey, New Ross, Wellingtonbridge and Ballycanew.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
- Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
- Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
- Eligible to register with CORU.
- Previous experience in a social care or children's residential setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
€37,440 - €41,184 per year, depending on experience.
