We require a Social Care Manager for a mainstream service based in Waterford, supporting up to 4 young people. This is a full time, permanent post offering and excellent salary and benefits package. Requirements:- A qualification at degree level on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or relevant field
- Minimum five years of experience working within a young people's residential unit at social care grade
- Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve goals
- Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential
- A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment
