Social Care Leader: People-Centred & HIQA-Aligned

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will lead and supervise staff teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with HIQA standards.

The role requires a Level 8 qualification in Social Care or related field, at least 3 years' experience, strong HIQA knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
