Social Care Leader: Day Services Manager

Western Care in Co. Mayo is seeking a Day Services Manager (Social Care Leader grade) to coach, mentor and supervise a staff team that supports people to live the life of their choosing.

You will bring strong leadership to ensure high quality service provision and will oversee staff training and development with a track record of leading innovation and change. You will work with people supported, families and community partners in a dynamic environment, guiding staff with a person centred
