Social Care Leader - Under 12's, Clonmel

CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the recruitment of a Social Care Leader for a new children's residential service supporting children under 12 years of age, in Clonmel, Tipperary.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join a developing organisation focused on delivering safe, nurturing, and child-centred care within a therapeutic residential environment. The successful candidate will support the Management Team in the day-to-day running of the service while providing leadership and guidance to the staff team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience working within children's services
• Full clean driver's licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice
