Cpl Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client to recruit a Social Care Leader for a brand-new children's residential service in Carlow, supporting children under 12 years of age.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join a growing organisation dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and child-centred care within a therapeutic environment.

About the Role

As a Social Care Leader, you will:

• Support the Management Team in the day-to-day running of the service
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff team
• Help create a warm, therapeutic, and child-focused residential environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
• At least 2 years' experience working within children's services
• Full clean driver's licence
• Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
• Solid understanding of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice
