Social Care Leader - Childrens Residential

CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Social Care Leader to join a Children's Residential Service in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.

We have open roles available in Ballycanew, New Ross, Wellingtonbridge and Gorey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Social Care Workers in the delivery of care.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
• Support staff development and training to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements:

• Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
• Eligible to register with CORU.
• Previous experience in a social care or children's residential setting is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Salary:

€42,424 - €46,176
