Job Description

Social Care Lawyer needed in Sheffield Paying £65 per hr ref 000B 2086 / 1

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on children's and/or adult social care matters
Manage a caseload including care proceedings, safeguarding, and judicial reviews
Represent the organisation in court, tribunals, and hearings
Advise officers and elected members on relevant legislation and risk
Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice
