PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social & Community Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to take ownership across the Omorovicza organic social channels. The Social & Community Executive is responsible for brainstorming and planning social-first content, creating and posting across platforms, community management, and performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brainstorm social-first content and assist brand marketing and digital teams with creative content ideation and brief writing, taking brand campaigns, key trade messages, and other content and translating it into bite-size content ideas fit for purpose on organic social channels.

Work and plan collaboratively across the business, especially with brand marketing and creative, to support the business and brand needs across social channels.

Post daily/weekly on multiple social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create and/or assist in the creation of social media content including video, gifs, stills, and accompanying copy and hashtags.

Research, identify, and react to social trends and platform innovations.

Create and maintain a social media calendar for internal planning purposes.

Manage interactive social campaigns or contests designed to meet specific objectives.

Analyse platform performance and leverage insights into future strategies.

Daily community management including replying and interacting with followers and/or liaising with internal teams to direct inquires to the appropriate team for answers.

Collaborate with brand marketing and PR agencies on influencer marketing strategy and execution.

EXPERERIENCE REQUIRED:

2-3 years' experience in organic social media or community management, ideally within the UK, EU or North American markets.

Passionate and knowledgeable about luxury beauty and skincare, personally or professionally.

Exceptional social platform knowledge including Meta (especially Instagram) and TikTok,

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on performance metrics, with a high attention to detail.

Proactive, creative and collaborative approach to work.

Eagerness to learn about new innovations and stay up to date on social platforms.

Familiarity with tools like ShopMy, Odore, LTK and Dash Hudson, or similar community and content tools.

A degree in communication, marketing, or social media preferable.
