Job Description

Proactive Technical Limited in Baldock is seeking an SMT Operator to join a market-leading manufacturing company. This permanent role offers career progression and development within a busy production environment.

You will work to SMT department practices, operate paste printers, load components, and inspect finished boards to IPC 610 standards, with a focus on quality and safety. Hours 08:00-16:30, salary £28,000-£31,000.
