Smart Repair Technician - Salisbury

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 + bonuses. £40,000 OTE. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

The Role

• Carry out SMART repairs including paint, minor panel and cosmetic repairs
• Prepare, mask, polish and finish vehicles to a high standard
• Mix and apply paint products accurately
• Repair or replace damaged panels in line with manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of SMART repair or bodyshop experience
• Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
• Able to work independently and manage your workload
• Full UK driving licence
