Smart Recruiter Lead

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), plus Onboarding where in scope.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard for recruitment;
• configure requisition, candidate, application, offer and approval workflows against DSO hiring policy.
• Design the career-site / candidate experience and any assessment, agency or job-board integrations permitted in a defence context.
• Own integration to core HCM / Employee Central and downstream onboarding / provisioning;
• ensure a clean candidate-to-hire data flow.
• Design recruiting role-based permissions and data-privacy controls for candidate data (PDPA / defence confidentiality).
• Own recruiting master data, picklists and the migration of in-flight requisitions / candidates where required.
• Lead SIT/UAT for recruiting, including workflow, correspondence and integration testing.
• Own cutover and hypercare for the recruiting domain.

Relevant SAP Implementation Experience

• Minimum: 8+ years SAP HR experience with 4+ years in SuccessFactors Recruiting, including at least two Recruiting (RCM) implementations and integration to core HR.
• Recruiting: SuccessFactors RCM / RMK, requisition-to-hire workflows, offer / approval design, and Onboarding where in scope.
• Integration: Employee Central / core HCM integration, job-board / agency / assessment integrations and provisioning.
• Data privacy: candidate-data protection (PDPA), role-based permissions and defence confidentiality.
• Configuration: MDF / business rules, picklists, templates and correspondence.
• Public-sector / defence: recruitment solutions under government hiring policy and security constraints.
• Provide two to three detailed case examples matched to the role and to defence or air-gapped environments.

Certifications and Professional Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management certification (current).
• SAP Activate awareness.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and / or Employee Central certification.
• Security-awareness credential.
