Role Overview

As a Small Works Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the special projects unit. From tackling system related issues to facilitating upgrades and proactive improvements, your mission is to deliver exemplary service across clients, spot opportunities and lead the way in long term energy savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and technical support across your designated client portfolio
• Resolve technical setbacks and enhance performance for Trend, Tridium, EcoStruxure, and legacy systems
• Maintain strong client relationships, delivering beyond contracted service requirements
• Prepare high quality service documentation with recommendations for further improvement
• Collaborate with account managers and admin to generate location based quotations
• Identify system upgrade potential, enhancement, and energy saving opportunities across sites
• You will be working on multiple projects worth between £10K to £50K

The Ideal Candidate

• Extensive Small Works engineering experience (5+ years), preferably with Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure.
• Works effectively independently in a location based service setting
• A strong focus on customer service, proactive, and professional conduct
• Technically capable in BMS system integrations and troubleshooting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated, flexible, and keen on continuous learning
