Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a well established practice in a role that combines clinical work with leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities:
  • Leading clinical standards and supporting team development
  • Managing a mix of consultations and surgical procedures

  • Building strong client relationships through clear communication
Qualifications:
  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon or eligible to register
  • Strong experience in small animal general practice
  • Confidence in both medical and surgical case management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
