I have a great practice seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, long established practice in Folkestone, a lively seaside town that offers an appealing blend of coastal living and convenient access to London in under an hour. In this role, the Lead Veterinary Surgeon will be instrumental in shaping the direction of the practice, guiding and mentoring a dedicated team, and maintaining exceptional standards of patient and client care. Key Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of the practice, guide and mentor the team, and maintain exceptional standards of patient and client care.
• Deliver outstanding clinical care through consultations and surgical procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Create bespoke treatment plans in partnership with clients, work collaboratively with colleagues, and share knowledge and expertise to inspire and develop others.

Qualifications

• Qualified MRCVS with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and client care.
• Experienced veterinary surgeon motivated to lead, develop others and contribute to the continued success of the practice.
