Slots Venue Supervisor - Customer Experience Lead

MERKUR Slots UK Limited is seeking a Supervisor for Waltham Cross. The role is 35 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.96-£15.46 per hour and an enhanced night rate of £15.46 between 23:00 and 06:00.

You will lead and mentor team members, maintain service standards and drive revenue in a busy venue. Applicants should have strong communication and people skills, be capable of working independently or as part of a team, and be flexible to day or night shifts.
