Skincare Counter Manager: Lead, Inspire & Sell

No7 Beauty Company is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead a store counter in Gateshead, advising customers on skincare and taking full responsibility for the counter and team. The role reports to the Regional Business Manager and focuses on coaching, customer service, and delivering sales targets through in-store promotions.

You will manage the counter, participate in a 12-month Skin School development programme, and ensure the counter is presented in line with Liz Earle branding.
