Skincare Counter Manager: Lead, Inspire & Drive Sales

Liz Earle counter role in Boots stores is responsible for advising customers on skincare and taking charge of the counter and team. You will report to the Regional Business Manager and drive performance while upholding the Liz Earle standards.

You will coach and motivate your team to meet targets, provide personalised consultations, and lead in-store promotions and skincare services, including completing the Skin School programme.
