Overview

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer focused Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient, and high quality service to all guests. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and actively upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service periods.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery.
• Respond to guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts as required.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided).
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately for billing purposes.
• Experience working in a fast paced hospitality or kitchen environment is beneficial.
• Genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Visa & Employment Contribution

This position may be offered with visa sponsorship support, subject to eligibility and immigration regulations. The employee is required to contribute 34% of the total visa related costs, in line with company policy and applicable legal requirements.
