Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will prepare food, serve customers at the till, and assist in the dining areas to ensure a clean, friendly, and efficient environment. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant. Your tasks and activities will be completed in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction. You will follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures and work as a supportive team member.

Qualifications and Skills

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour. Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face to face verbal communication, and eye contact. Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively. Genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, and an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
