Site Maintenance / Camp Warden

I'm looking for a proactive and reliable Site Maintenance / Camp Warden to support the day to day running of staff accommodation. Based in a beautiful Chichester location, this role is perfect for someone who is hands on and enjoys a diverse range of maintenance tasks.

• Regular inspection of site and facilities inc buildings and mobile caravans
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies
• Support staff wellbeing and respond to any concerns
• Help organise occasional social and welfare activities
• Provide assistance during medical incidents (e.g. transport to clinic)

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Friendly, professional, and organised
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Flexible and able to work independently
• Clean UK driving licence (Category B)
• Good level of spoken and written English
