Job Description
2 Sisters Food Group in West Bromwich is recruiting a Site Trainer to ensure non-salaried employees and agency workers receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and refresher sessions to meet hygiene and production standards. You will maintain training records, deliver the 2SFG induction, support operational teams, and help the site stay compliant with health and safety requirements.
The role offers 36.25 hours, with shifts 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, and benefits including on-site parking
