About the Role:

JDS Recruitment is seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Site Supervisor to support a friendly primary school in Enfield. You will work alongside the Site Supervisor to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning school environment. This role involves site security, cleaning, maintenance, porterage, and supporting school activities and lettings.

Hours:

• Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 7:00am - 12:00pm
• Weds: 7:00am - 6:30pm
• Occasional weekend lettings

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, secure, and monitor the school site
• Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and decorating
• Clean and maintain buildings and grounds
• Set up rooms for school activities and lettings
• Support health & safety and safeguarding procedures
• Assist during after-school and weekend lettings

Requirements:

• Practical maintenance experience (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, basic electrical)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Enhanced DBS required
