The Lifting Supervisor will have: Valid CSCS /CPCS card - Blue Card Lifting Supervisor will ideally also have an in first aid and SMSTS / SSSTS

The Lifting Supervisor Duties: - Responsible for the execution and safety of a lifting operation - Carry out approval of all risk assessments, lift categorisation and method statements - Ensure that each lifting operation is planned safely and have good working knowledge of lifting operations and safe working -Being responsible for supervising the lifting operation and safely operating the safe system of work (in accordance to the Method Statement), as well as all other associated tasks.

The project has a number of facade package and roof installations being built at present alongside external works and the early stages of the fit out of the offices across the site.

Ideally from a time served trades background or HNC/ ONC degree qualified or similar Construction management qualification with experience in the role as a Site Manager for a known uk Main Contractor, you will possess:

• Excellent technical knowledge
• experience on industrial / commercial steel frame buildings
• CSCS /SMSTS and first aid
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Strong planning and problem-solving ability
• Initiative and a positive approach to contractual / programme issues

In terms of character, you will be a driven, positive team player, ambitious and determined, resourceful and able to perform well under pressure.

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
