Site Superintendent

The Site Superintendent is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing construction activities on the job site. Working closely with the project team, this role ensures that work is completed in compliance with contractual documents, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements, while supporting efficient daily operations and successful project delivery.
Without limitation, the duties of the Site Superintendent are :
- Participate in the start-up and planning of new projects
- Contribute to scheduling, risk management and quality control
- Prepare short-term work plans
- Supervise the execution of the work according to the contractual documents
- Prepare purchase orders according to budgetary activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven experience working for a general contractor on large-scale projects
- Demonstrated experience on major government-funded projects and/or other public sector clients
