Site Services Team Leader - Pharma / High Purity - Mechanical Services Passivation Chemical Cleaning

I'm recruiting for an experienced Site Services Team Leader to join a specialist engineering business delivering high-specification services across leading pharmaceutical and high-purity manufacturing environments across Ireland.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating projects, working directly with clients and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

If you've built your career in mechanical services, pipework, clean utilities or site operations and have progressed into a supervisory or team leadership position, this could be an excellent next step.

The Role

• Leading and coordinating field crews across client sites
• Planning labour, equipment and materials for upcoming works
• Managing day-to-day site activities and priorities
• Acting as the key link between clients, site teams and management
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and to GMP standards
• Providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting on site
• Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Preparing job reports, quotations and pricing
• Supporting the development and performance of the wider team

What We're Looking For

• Experience within pharma, biotech, food & beverage or another high-purity environment
• A background in mechanical services, pipework, clean utilities or chemical cleaning
• Previous experience leading crews, supervising teams or managing site activities
• Good understanding of GMP and regulated environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Full driving licence

• Stainless steel and high-purity pipework
• Shutdowns and commissioning
• Validation activities
• Estimating / project pricing
• Safe Pass, IOSH or similar
