Site Operations Manager - 24/7 Janitorial & Safety Lead

ABM is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead janitorial and waste management across a busy site. You will ensure safe, well maintained facilities and manage a large team with both planned and reactive tasks.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires ability to work under pressure, with flexibility for a 24 hour operation and up to 70 staff. Strong H&S compliance and budget oversight are essential.
