Job Description
Biffa is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee site operations from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Site Manager. You will coordinate processing of plastics, cans and glass and work with Safety, Engineering, Logistics and Quality teams to drive performance and compliance across a 24/7 operation.
The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and continuous improvement, producing production reports and trend analyses for senior management.
