Job Description

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Site Operations Director for our Dublin facility. You will lead operations, drive cost reductions, and increase revenue while coaching the team to excel in performance and safety.

You must have a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, GMP or Electronics Manufacturing experience, and 8+ years in a senior leadership role in high volume manufacturing, preferably electronics or MedTech. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.
