Site Operations Lead - Offsite Construction (MMC/Modular)

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a Midlands-based role with travel to manage all on-site operations and coordinate with the main contractor to deliver quality, cost and time targets. You will work closely with the Project Delivery/Site team to align planning and scheduling with the overall programme and drive successful handover.

The ideal candidate will have offsite or traditional construction experience (timber/modular), design-stage exposure and SMSTS/CSCS & First Aid
