Projects are primarily based across South Dublin, with a strong focus on high-rise residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversaw daily site activities, including supervision of labour resources and coordination of specialist subcontractors.
• Assisted the project team in tracking construction progress and achieving key programme milestones.
• Ensured all works were carried out to required quality standards and in line with project specifications.
• Enforced full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal company procedures across site operations.
• Developed and maintained strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors to support effective site delivery and a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Third level degree or strong trades background
• Previous Site Management experienceis required
