About the Opportunity
An established Irish residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a large-scale 200-unit housing project in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and well-structured developer known for building high-quality residential communities across Ireland.

You'll be joining a professional, forward-thinking team with a strong pipeline of projects and genuine long-term career prospects.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Manage the site team, direct labour, and subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and productivity.

Take full ownership of programme planning, material procurement, and risk management.

Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards and company procedures.

Chair regular meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure clear communication and coordination.

Drive progress on site while maintaining focus on quality, detail, and compliance with all regulations.

Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects from groundworks to handover.

Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of current building regulations and quality standards.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

€75,000 salary + Van + Bonus + Full Benefits Package
