Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a prestigious new build project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site operations and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the construction process. You will play a pivotal role in driving programme performance, maintaining quality standards and ensuring health and safety remains at the forefront of all site activities.This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a significant project from construction through to successful completion and handover, while contributing to the delivery of a scheme that will have a lasting impact on the local community.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience operating as a Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects and will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management and quality assurance processes.You will be a confident leader with the ability to manage subcontractors, motivate site teams and maintain productive working relationships with clients and consultants. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, together with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.Applicants should hold relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS, a valid CSR/CSCS card and First Aid certification. A commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards is essential.
