We are recruiting experienced Site Managers for residential and commercial developments across the Channel Islands. The role requires relocation to the Channel Islands and offers annual salaries ranging between £50,000 and £60,000 based on experience.

Employees will receive work visa sponsorship, relocation support, assistance for partner and dependent visas, and may be eligible for long term residency after eight years.

Job Duties
  • Managing day to day construction site operations across residential and commercial projects.
  • Supervising subcontractors, construction teams, and project activities throughout operational schedules.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Maintaining strict health and safety compliance across all construction site operations.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting updates and challenges to senior management.
  • Coordinating site activities to ensure efficient workflow and successful project delivery.
  • Supporting quality assurance procedures and maintaining high construction standards.
  • Assisting with problem solving activities involving construction schedules, resources, and operational requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction environments.
  • Strong background in managing residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Experience delivering projects valued at approximately £5 million.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality management standards.
  • Reliable career history demonstrating professionalism and high performance.
  • Willingness and readiness to relocate internationally within required employment timelines.
  • Ability to adapt confidently to new working environments and long term relocation arrangements.
